Crunch Berries by Sweetgrass Cannabis was graded as flower and joint by a single panellist, Thomas Rothmeier, in Germany. The nose led the session. His notes record berries, sweet fruit, candy, and citrus on the bud, with a cure described as excellent on handling. Visual presentation read clean and well trimmed, with smaller bud size than he is accustomed to in the Canadian market. He also recorded outer trichomes as largely worn away and oxidized, which he attributed to shipping, while inner development held better by comparison. In joint, the dry pull was described as both intense and complex, naming citrus, lemon, lime, grape, and berries. Combustion remained notably smooth. Flavour was recorded as steady from first to last, moving through berry and citrus tones, including blueberry, lime, orange, blackberry, and raspberry, with ash running light.
BudGreat aroma and incredible cure. Only bud size was smaller than what I’m used to from the Canadian market. The trichomes on the outside were also mostly gone and have oxidized probably due to shipping.
